Singh appointed Judicial Member, NCLT

 Dharminder Singh, Presiding Officer, DRT-3, Delhi has been appointed as Judicial Member in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).  The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved his appointment to the post.
