Singh appointed Technical Member, NCLT

Kaushalendra Kumar Singh, IRS, Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, has been appointed as Technical Member in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).  The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved his appointment to the post.
