SK Dash appointed Technical Member, NCLT

Subrata Kumar Dash, IRS, Retd. Principal Director General of Income Tax, has been appointed as Technical Member in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).  The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved his appointment to the post.
