Sankalp Narayan Singh, who is presently working as Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer (FA&CAO), WST, East Central Railway (ECR), has been detailed to look after the duties of the post of Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer (FA&CAO), Rail Wheel Plant (RWP), Bela, in addition to his own. He is an Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) officer.
