SP Singh appointed PCME, Eastern Railway

Shailendra Pratap Singh, who is presently working as Chief Workshop Engineer (CWE) in Eastern Railway (ER), has been posted as Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
