DA Subrahmanyam, presently serving in South Central Railway (SCR), has been transferred to East Coast Railway (ECoR) and posted as Chief Administrative Officer (Construction)/Road Safety Projects (CAO(C)/RSP). He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
