Surendran Sugind appointed CVO, CLW

Surendran Sugind, who is presently serving on Southern Railway, has been transferred to Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW) and posted as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO). He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
