Sushil Chandra appointed Election Commissioner

Despite odds, Sushil Chandra, former CBDT Chairman, has been appointed Election Commissioner in the Election Commission of India against a vacant post. He is an IRS-IT officer. (We said this on  Oct 10, 2018 and  again on Jan 11, 2019)
