T Vishnu Bhusan, on being relieved from the post of Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM), Hubballi (UBL), has been posted as Chief Track Engineer (CTE) on South Western Railway (SWR). He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
