Tejassvi Aaharam Ltd Natarajan Prasanna appoints as MD

Natarajan Prasanna has been appointed as Managing Director of Tejassvi Aaharam Limited. Natrajan is an entrepreneur who has 19 years in corporate governance. He holds director and designated partner roles and is currently with 17 companies, including Funk Foods Private Limited and Tropical Breweries Private Limited.

Meanwhile, Shreyas Raghav has been appointed as an Additional Executive Director. He was also the co-founder of Funk Foods.

Ms. Ramya has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the company. Separately, Subramanian Neelakantan and Ms. Vijayalakshmi Rajesh has been appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors. Ms. Aruna Subramaniam has also been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the company.

Meanwhile, Chinnathambi Vinothkumar, Ms. Thangavelu Dhana Lakshmi and Sethuraman Dhilipkumar have resigned as directors with effect from September 20, 2026.
