Tenure of Health Secretary to be extended ?
In all probability, Union Health Secretary, Ms Preeti Sudan, 1983 batch IAS officer of Andhra Pradesh cadre will get six months to one year extension in service after her superannuation on April 30. Three present Secretaries in the GoI have already been given extension.
