Three CSS officers shifted after promotion to Under Secretary grade

Three officers of Central Secretariat Service have been transferred after promotion to Under Secretary grade-I. Accordingly, Sudershan Kumar has been shifted from Health to Defence while Rajiv Narayan was posted to Higher Education from Supply and Anil Yadav is made Under Secretary, Expenditure.
