Three IAS officers get new assignments in Delhi Govt

Anil Kumar Singh has been appointed as Principal Secretary Services with additional charge of Environment & Forests, while Ms Shilpa Shinde was made Commissioner & Secretary Development with additional charge of Cooperation and Kaushal Raj Sharma is CEO, Delhi Jal Board.
