Three IAS officers get new postings in W Bengal

Three IAS officers in W Bengal have been assigned new responsibilities. Vibhu Goel has been appointed as Project Director, Kolkata Environmental Improvement Project (KEIP), while S Arun Prasad takes charge as District Magistrate, Paschim Bardhaman and Onkar Singh Meena will be posted as Secretary, Agriculture Department with additional charge of Public Works Department.
