Three IAS officers in WB get new postings

Three IAS officers in West Bengal have been given new postings. Harishanker Panicker has been appointed as Joint Chief Electoral Officer, while S Arun Prasad takes over as Additional Chief Electoral Officer and Aneesh Dasgupta was posted as District Magistrate, Nadia.
