Three IAS officers shifted in Delhi Govt

Rajiv Yaduvanshi has been posted as Principal Secretary of Urban Development while Sanjeev Khirwar was posted as Secretary, Health and Family Welfare and J P Agrawal is posted as Director of Higher Education in Delhi Government.
