Three IAS officers shifted in West Bengal

Tallen Kumar has been appointed as ACS, Planning, Statistics and Programme Monitoring Department while Chandan Sinha was made OSD & Ex-officio Principal Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat with additional charge of ADG, ATI and Indevar Pandey was posted as ACS, Environment Department with additional charge of Forest Department and Advisor, Industry, RC office in West Bengal.
