Three IPS officers get new postings in Arunachal

Three IPS officers have been given new postings in  Arunachal Pradesh. Chinmoy Biswal has been promoted and posted as IGP, Security/Crime, while Shivendu Bhushan is SP, East Kameng District (Seppa) and Aditya Singh joins as SP, Longding District.
