Two CBIC Members given additional charges

Chairman, CBIC has given some additional charges to two Members. Accordingly Om Prakash Dadhich will also look after Settlement Commission, CESTAT, Legal Affairs, Authority of Advance Ruling, Bangalore Zone and matters pertaining to Central Excise and Service Taxes. Simultaneously, Sandeep Kumar has been given the additional charge of DG, Performance Management, Commissioner(PAC) and Chennai and Thiruvananthpuran Zones.
