Two Directors appointed in Shalimar Agencies Ltd.

Jata Venkata Rama Raja Sekhar and Siva Prasad Gorthy have been appointed as Additional Directors (Non-Executive Independent) of Shalimar Agencies Limited. Meanwhile,  Natwarlal Ramgopal Modani and Rahul Manoj Rawlyani have resigned as Non-Executive Independent Directors of the company.
