Two IAS officers transferred in AP

Mrs V Usha Rani has been posted as Secretary, Land, Endowments & DM, Revenue Department and Neerabh Kumar Prasad has been given additional charge of the post of Chief Commissioner of Land Administration in Andhra Pradesh.
