Two IAS officers have been transferred in W Bengal. Rajeev Kumar has been appointed as Additional Director General, Netaji Subhas Administrative Training Institute (NSATI), W Bengal, while Kanwaljeet Singh Cheema takes over as State Editor, W Bengal District Gazetteers.
