Two IRS(C&CE) have been promoted to Chief Commissioner Custom ,  GST & CX. Kailash Chand Gupta also has been promotd and posted as Chief Commissioner of Custom , GST & CX, Patna. He is also a 1986 batch IRS(C & CE) officer.
