Two officers resign from Railway services

Madan Lal Meena and AV Kulkarni have tendered their technical resignation from Railway services to enable permanent absorption in Rail India Technical and Economic Service Limited (RITES) and Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Limited (MRVC Ltd) respectively.  Meena is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer while Kulkarni is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
