UP Lokayukta issues non-bailable warrant against IAS officer

The Dy Lokayukta of UP Dinesh Kumar Singh has issued a non - bailable warrant against one Principal Secretary level IAS officer. It is said that despite repeated notices he is not appearing before the Lokayukta.
