The ACC has approved extension in the upgrade of the post of Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor to the level of Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor in the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, presently held by Manoj Sahay, IA&AS:1994, for a term up to 29.01 .2027.
