Valplast Technologies appoints Anuj Garg as Whole-Time Director

Anuj Garg has been appointed as an Additional Director (Executive) and Whole-Time Director of Valplast Technologies Limited. Meanwhile, M. Yogesh Jadon has resigned from the position of Independent Director of the company.
