Vatchala Cari appointed as CVO, BSNL

The ACC has approved the appointment of Ms Vatchala Cari as CVO, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL), Delhi under the Department of Telecommunications, for an initial period of 3 years. She is a 2005 batch IRS (IT) officer.
