Vijay Sahu appointed CE (Planning,) Central Railway

Vijay Kumar Sahu, who is presently posted on Central Railway (CR), has been appointed as Chief Engineer (Planning) on the Railway itself.  He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
