Vikram Kapali Porwal is Deputy Secretary, MEA

Vikram Kapali Porwal has been appointed as Deputy Secretary (BOS) in the Ministry of External Affairs on deputation basis, for an initial period of two years. He is a 2016 batch IPS officer of AGMUT cadre.
