Vinay M Kwatra appointed Ambassador to Nepal

Vinay Mohan Kwatra, presently Ambassador, Embassy of India, Paris, France has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to Nepal. He is an Indian Foreign Service officer of 1988 batch. (We  said this on January 15, 2020 )
