The Jammu and Kashmir administration has assigned IAS officer Vivek Agarwal (AGMUT: 2021), Director of Employment, J&K, the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Mission Youth, alongside his existing duties and charge as CEO of Mission YUVA.
