Vivek Khare delegated powers of GM, MCF

Vivek Khare, who is presently posted as Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer (PCME), Modern Coach Factory (MCF), has been delegated the Administrative and Financial powers of the post of General Manager (GM), MCF. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
