VK Agrawal moved as CAO (C) WCR

VK Agrawal – who is presently working as Chief Project Director, SD, Western Railway  has been transferred to West Central Railway (WCR) and posted as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) (C). He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
