VP Mittersain re-appointed MD, Nazara Technologies Ltd

Vikash Pratapchand Mittersain has been re-appointed as Managing Director of Nazara Technologies Limited with effect from January 17, 2023. Meanwhile, Nitish Vikash Mittersain has been re-appointed as Joint Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company with effect from January 17, 2023.  Besides, Ms. Shobha Jagtiani and Sasha Gulu Mirchandani have been re-appointed as Independent Directors of the company with effect from January 04, 2023.
