VR Lenin shifted as PCCM, ECoR

VR Lenin, who is presently working as Chief Transportation Planning Manager (CTPM) in Southern Railway (SR), has been transferred to East Coast Railway (ECoR) and posted as Principal Chief Commercial Manager (PCCM). He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
