When will PSB open its branch in Kartavya Bhawan?

PSU Banks Branches find no place in newly constructed Kartwaya Bhawan, instead Axis Bank opens its first Branch. At present three KBs are functional. KB three started functioning last year in May. But the PSB branch is yet to open.
