One name is of Preeti Sudan, a 1983 batch IAS officer and the other name is Antanu Chakraverty, a retired 1985 batch IAS officer of Gujarat cadre. Insiders however say that real tie is between Secretary Revenue Dr. A B P Pandey and Umesh Sinha already in the Election Commission.
