Will Agrawal be new CS of UP ?

If sources are to be believed, Sanjay Agrawal is likely to  be sent to UP as a new Chief Secretary. He is a 1984 batch IAS officer and presently posted as Secretary Agriculture in GoI. If he is appointed, he will have a tenure of almost three years.
