Arun Kumar Singh is likely to be next Chief Secretary of Bihar. Kumar is a 1985 batch IAS officer, presently posted as Principal Secretary, Water Resources, in Bihar. If he is appointed CS, about 3-4 IAS officers are bound to be superceded.
