Uncertainty prevails over the continuance of Dr Prabhat Kumar, Chairman, UP PSC. It is because the Allahabad HC has refused to vacate stay on the selection of 69000 Basic Teachers. The Court also refused to allow the correction of the error. Though the state govt has filed SLP in this regard, now the Court's decision will decide the future course.
