Power galleries are abuzz that  after  one vacancy  in the CBIC in June end Vinay Chhabra   will become Member, CBIC ? . 1982 batch IRS(C&CE) officer Chhabra is scheduled to retire in December this year. He is a Pr. Commissioner rank officer.
