Will Delhi get a UT cadre Police Commissioner?

All eyes are on the appointment of a new Commissioner of Police, Delhi. Present CP, Sanjay Arora is a TN cadre IPS officer which is scheduled to retire in July.  In the power galleries question is being asked, will this time Delhi get a UT cadre IPS officer as CP?
