Will India- US Free Trade Aagreement materialize?

The long-pending FTA between India and US is yet to become a reality. Though both sides are hoping that it would be implemented soon, but this soon has taken more that a year. Sources said that in November US is going for mid-term polls and amid the Iran war fiasco, Trump somehow desperately wants a win. The US president is busy with the polls and its results would determine the fate of the FTA.
