Will Lt Gen Kalita be Chairman of AERC ?

Grapevine  has it that Lieutenant General Rana Pratap Kalita is being appointed  Chairman, Assam Electricity Regulatory Commission.  He is expected to succeed Kumar Sanjay Krishna whose term has ended.
