Will Prime Minister Modi reshuffle his cabinet?

Once again, there is a strong rumour that Prime Minister Narendra Modi may reshuffle his cabinet after August 20. If rumours are to be believed 6-8 new faces may be inducted in the cabinet. Presently six Cabinet ministers are holding more than two to three portfolios. Ashwini Vashnav 3, Pralhad Joshi 3, Manohar Lal, Jyotiraditya Scindia, Dr Mansukh Mandaviya and Amit Shah are holding 2 portfolios each. They might be re-allocated.
