Will Panda be next Chairman, CBIC?

After present CBIC’ Chairman, Sushanta Kumar Panda is the most senior Member, CBIC and if govt goes by seniority he has a fair chance to become Chairman. If he is appointed, he will have a tenure of four months because he is scheduled to retire in April next year.
