Will Sarraf get extension or Joshi get additional charge of CMD ONGC ?

Rumour mill says that D. K. Sarraf, CMD, ONGC is likely to get extension for three months. He is schedule to retire in September this year. Meanwhile  there is also strong rumour that  Avinash Joshi, MD, ONGC Petro additions Limited (OPaL) may be given additional charge of CMD ONGC Joshi  who is an IAS of 1994 batch from the Assam-Meghalaya cadre had served in Gujarat as  Collector of Sabarkantha and is personally known to the PM Narendra Modi.
