Justice Vibhu Bakhru, Judge, Delhi High Court, has been appointed to perform the duties of the office of the Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from the date incumbent Justice Manmohan relinquishes charge of his office consequent upon his elevation as a Judge of the Supreme Court.
