Ms Sangeeta Ramrakhyani is proving her mettle in the preponderance of male dominated management. She is one of the 27 women Board Members out of 700 Board Members in Public Sector Undertakings (PSU). Ms Ramrakhyani is serving as Director (Personnel) on the Board of Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC). She is a Management Graduate with LLB. She has a rich experience of more than 30 years in the field of HR. Prior to joining CWC as Director (Personnel), she was Group General Manager (HR) at Container Corporation of India Ltd.(CONCOR), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways. She has held various challenging assignments in her career with CONCOR both at field and at corporate office. She was instrumental in policy formulations, Industrial Relations, Establishment matters and IT enablement of HR services. She has also been on the Board of Directors of four JV/ Subsidiary Companies of CONCOR. She has performed as Secretary of welfare trusts of CONCOR for rendering superannuation benefits to the employees. She has undergone training in the field of logistics at Antwerp port, Belgium, and strategic HR at Singapore & Malaysia.
